How to delete a Synastry Calculator account and data
Request deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account themselves in Settings > Security > Delete Account.
You can also email support@synastrycalculator.com from the email address of your account. We may verify identity before acting.
What happens next
The calculator runs in your browser, and both people's birth details stay on your device unless you choose to save them to your account. Buying a report also saves both birth details and the report on our servers; deleting the account removes them, and if you bought without an account, email support from the address on your receipt. Remove a saved reading from your results page, delete the whole account from the account page, or email support; data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Saved readings and reports are normally removed within 30 days. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
