Data we process
We process account identity information supplied through Google Sign-In or the email address you sign in with, service usage and security logs, billing references supplied by Stripe or PayPal, support messages, and files or content you intentionally submit to use the service. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card number.
Why we use data
We use this data to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver support and transactional messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use Google for authentication, Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used through session recordings and heatmaps, with form input and your results and reports masked (Clarity is not used for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland), and Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, DNS, and Email for hosting, storage, security, and transactional messages. When you buy a report, the planet positions, aspects and scores of the two charts go to a third-party writing service that drafts the text. Names, email addresses and birth dates are not sent to it. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Files and retention
The calculator runs in your browser, and both people's birth details stay on your device unless you choose to save them to your account. Buying a report also saves both birth details and the report on our servers so you can reopen it. Anyone with the private link to a report can open it, so share the link only with people you trust. Remove a saved reading from your results page, delete the whole account from the account page, or email support; data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. We may retain records required for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal obligations.
Children
Children should not use the service themselves. An adult may enter a child's details for a Friends or family reading.
